This week, we are liquidating the entire contents of a home on Lake Wheeler Rd. Our client has moved and bought all new things for his new place,  This home is filled with furniture, pottery, housewares, home decor, holiday items, china, and so much more.  This auction will end on Sunday, January 18th, and bidding will start to close at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold.  Each lot specifies a closing time in advance and will be extended to 90 seconds if someone bids in the last 60 seconds.  

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, January 20th, from 10 am-7 pm, and on Wednesday, January 21st. from 10 am - 1 pm at the private home on Lake Wheeler Rd in Raleigh.  It's imperative that you sign up for a time slot because we have just a single driveway off of a very busy street. If people show up at a non-scheduled times, there could be too many cars for the driveway, and there is NO street parking. This home is located on a busy road, so please be careful pulling in and out of the driveway for pick up.  This is the only access we will have to this home. Items not picked up will be forfeited.   To control traffic and to be sure your items are ready for pick-up, a sign-up time will be required for pick-up. We are honored to have been selected to liquidate the remaining contents of the Elaine Miller Estate.  Items have been moved from her residence to our offices on Tillery Place.  

The Miller family resided in Bronxville, NY and then Mamaroneck, NY. Elaine started coming to Durham, North Carolina in the 1980’s and made Raleigh her home with her husband Selwyn in the 1990’s.  Elaine opened her own jewelry store in Raleigh, North Carolina. Formerly known as Elaine Miller Collection, a boutique jewelry store in the Lassiter District of North Hills that offered many elegant and sophisticated pieces of jewelry for any occasion. Over the years, residents of Raleigh and the surrounding area came to appreciate Elaine’s creative genius and rely on her amazing eye for truly unique, beautiful, and elegant fine jewelry.
