This is not something we often bring to auction, but we had a client a few months ago whose home we did, and his wife had such amazing clothing pieces we decided to move them and offer a stand-alone clothing auction. Maria Claro, was a widely exhibited and award winning painter and sculptress that was born in Barcelona Spain in 1933.  She studied art and aesthetics in South America  and worked professionally in pastels, watercolors, egg tempera, gouache, charcoal, graphite, ink, oil and clay.  Whatever medium she used, she portrayed the struggle between the positive and negative forces of our existence.  

Maria Claro died in 2016 and bequeathed her extensive collection to the Corda Foundation, Inc. in Chapel Hill, NC.  The offerings in this auction have been professional packed and stored since 2016.  GC5 Auctions has been selected to liquidate the collection benefiting the Corda Foundation, Inc.

This is a beautiful 2011 Kia Soul 4 Door Wagon with only 27,200. miles on it.  This is a single-owner vehicle with a clean title. Kia has a current recall on the Hydraulic Electronic Control Unit (HECU) and our client has all of the paperwork to insure that this can happen at Kia's expense.  The car is currently fully functioning and can be driven home once payment has been received. 

The winning bidder will be charged a non-refundable $500 deposit for this vehicle at auction close.  The balance of the invoice must be paid in the form of a certified cashiers check at time of title and key exchange.
