Our client has downsized, and we are honored to have been selected to liquidate the remaining contents of this beautiful North Raleigh home.  We have some beautiful Baker Furniture, stunning rugs, Easton Press leather-bound books, large amounts of crafting supplies, home decor, ammo, a gun cabinet, and a large safe.   Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have.  All items are sold as is. Please be aware that an adorable cat lived in this home.   This auction will end on Sunday, January 19th, and bidding will start to close at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold.  Each lot specifies a closing time in advance and will be extended to 90 seconds if someone bids in the last 60 seconds.  

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, January 21st, from 11-7 pm at the private home off of Six Forks Rd. in Raleigh.  This is the only access we will have to this home. Please do not park on the neighbors grass as there are no curbs.  Items not picked up will be forfeited.   To control traffic in this neighborhood and to be sure your items are ready for pick-up, a sign-up time will be required. A link for sign-up times will be at the bottom of all winning invoices.  Shipping is available for smaller items.  If you require shipping, please contact us beforehand to confirm that it is shippable.  Shipping is the actual shipping cost plus a $6.00 handling charge.  Please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
