Our clients have moved to the beach and left behind a wonderful treasure trove of items for your bidding.  We have lots of beautiful furniture, home decor, housewares, great records, coins, and so much more.   This auction will end on Sunday, February 8th, and bidding will start to close at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold.  Each lot specifies a closing time in advance and will be extended to 90 seconds if someone bids in the last 60 seconds.  

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, February 10th, from 11 am-7 pm at this private home off of Ridge Rd. in Raleigh.  This is the only access we will have to this home. Items not picked up will be forfeited.   To control traffic and to be sure your items are ready for pick-up, a sign-up time will be required for pick-up. A link for sign-up times will be at the bottom of all winning invoices.  Shipping is available for smaller items.  If you require shipping, please contact us beforehand to confirm that it is shippable.  Shipping charges are the actual shipping cost plus a $7.00 handling charge per box shipped.  Please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces, boxes, and paper for small, delicate items.
