We are pleased to present this great downsizing online auction. This sale is made up of the contents of a smoke-free home. Be advised this was the home of one long-haired and adorable cat. If you are allergic you might want to avoid any fabric pieces from this sale. This home is located in Apex off of Kildare Farm Rd. The exact address will be given to winning bidders. If we noticed any issues, we made our best effort to point them out in the photographs or descriptions. Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have. Bidding is open until May 1st, 2022, and will start to end at 7 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold.
Pick-up will be on Tuesday, May 3rd, from 11-7 pm. This timeframe is the only access we will have to this home. The address will be given to winning bidders, along with a link for a sign-up time. PLEASE be sure to pay attention to all parking instructions as this home is in a small cul de sac. Shipping could be available on smaller items, but please contact us before bidding for shipping approval. Also, please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
