Cary Townhouse Online Auction

We are pleased to present this great online estate sale. However, per NC Auction Law, we have to inform you that the owner is deceased, and the name is being withheld at the family's request. 

This sale is made up of the contents of our client's sister's home. This home is packed with tons of beautiful furniture and decor. This home was smoke-free, and we haven't seen any evidence of a pet. If we noticed any issues with items, we made our best effort to show them in the photographs. Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have.  Bidding is open until Aug. 1st.  Bidding ends starting at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold. 

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, Aug. 3rd, from 11-7 pm. The exact address will be given to winning bidders, along with a link for a sign-up time.  This home is located in Cary, off of Harrison Ave., not far from SAS. This is a VERY small townhome community, and parking is VERY limited.  Please follow all parking signs within the neighborhood and do your best not to block driveways. Because of this, we have extended the time for pick up, and we will only be booking 3 people per time slot.   Shipping could be available on smaller items, but please contact us before bidding for shipping approval. Also, please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
