Apex Downsizing Online Auction

This week we are pleased to present this Apex Downsizing Online Auction. We have lots of beautiful furniture, decorative items, clothing, handbags, jewelry, tools, and so much more. This was our client's second home so most of the items have very little wear and are in great condition.  If we noticed any issues, we made our best effort to point them out in the photographs or descriptions. This home had no evidence of pets and there are no weird smells to be concerned about. Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have.

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, June 1st, from 2-7 pm. The address for this pickup will be located at the bottom of the invoice of all winning bidders, as well as a link to sign up for your specific time slot.  This is the only access we have to the home, so please be sure to make this pick-up time.  Pick-up has become an issue, and we will now charge $25.00 for transport of items that are not picked up on pick-up day.  We will not transport furniture items.  Shipping could be available on smaller items, but please contact us before bidding for shipping approval. Please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
