Master Gardeners Downsizing Auction off of Anderson Drive
Our clients have lived in this home for many years and have amassed a wonderful mix of items that we are honored to bring to market. She is a master gardener and the property is like a botanical garden with wonderful potted plants, cactus, yard decor and more. In addition we have wonderful housewares, art, vintage Christmas, vintage PC Games, tech, housewares, tools and so much more. This is a large auction with TONS of treasures. This auction will end on Sunday, September 14th, and bidding will start to close at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold. Each lot specifies a closing time in advance and will be extended to 90 seconds if someone bids in the last 60 seconds.
Pick-up will be on Tuesday, September 16th, from 11-7 pm at the private home off of Anderson Drive in Raleigh. This is the only access we will have to this home. Items not picked up will be forfeited. To control traffic in this neighborhood and to be sure your items are ready for pick-up, a sign-up time will be required for pick-up. A link for sign-up times will be at the bottom of all winning invoices. Shipping is available for smaller items. If you require shipping, please contact us beforehand to confirm that it is shippable. Shipping charges are actual shipping cost plus a $6.00 handling charge per box shipped. Please message us at auction close if you require shipping. Please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces, boxes, and paper for small, delicate items.
