Valley Lake Estate Online Auction

We are honored to have been chosen by the family to liquidate the contents of this lovely estate home in North Raleigh(name withheld).  There is lots of art, books, furniture, home decor, china, crystal, sterling silver, and so much more.  All items are sold as is. This auction will end on Sunday, May 11th, and bidding will start to close at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold.  Each lot specifies a closing time in advance and will be extended to 90 seconds if someone bids in the last 60 seconds.  

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, May 13th, from 11-7 pm at the private home near Lynn & Lead Mine Roads.  This is the only access we will have to this home. Items not picked up will be forfeited.   To control traffic in the subdivision and to be sure your items are ready for pick-up, a sign-up time will be required for pick-up. A link for sign-up times will be at the bottom of all winning invoices.  Please note the driveway at the home is extremely steep, please keep this in mind when bidding on furniture.  Shipping is available for smaller items.  If you require shipping, please contact us beforehand to confirm that it is shippable.  Shipping charges are actual shipping cost plus a $6.00 handling charge per box shipped.  Please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
