Full House Eastern Wake County Estate with Furniture, Tools & More!

We are honored to have been chosen to assist this family in liquidating the contents of this lovely Eastern Wake County estate (name withheld).  We have furniture, home decor, collectibles, holiday items, lots of tools, outdoor items, and so much more.   Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have.  All items are sold as is. Please be aware that a small dog previously lived in this home.   This auction will end on Sunday, February 16th, and bidding will start to close at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold.  Each lot specifies a closing time in advance and will be extended to 90 seconds if someone bids in the last 60 seconds.  

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, February 18th, from 11-7 pm at the private home off of Rolesville Rd. in Wendell, convenient to 540 & 64.  This is the only access we will have to this home. Please do not park on the neighbor's or our clients newly seeded grass, as there are no curbs.  Items not picked up will be forfeited.   A sign-up time will be required to control traffic in this neighborhood and ensure your items are ready for pick-up. A link for sign-up times will be at the bottom of all winning invoices.  Shipping is available for smaller items.  If you require shipping, please contact us beforehand to confirm that it is shippable.  Shipping is the actual shipping cost plus a $6.00 handling charge.  Please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
